These ribs start at the end of the Baby Back Ribs located on top of the animal and extend to the end of the rib bone, making this perfect fall-off-the-bone ribs.
One whole rack averages 10-13 bones or approximately 3-3.5 lbs. Whether you prefer them smoky, tangy, or sweet, baby back ribs are sure to satisfy the taste buds.
